Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy.
They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

Having sold a property and bought another through Martin Allsuch I can’t recommend them highly enough. We had a very difficult sale, a difficult purchase and all on a very limited timescale due to circumstances beyond our control. The team at MA remained professional, calm, confident and positive throughout and were always on hand every step of the way. I have to mention Hope and Neil who were simply magnificent people in what was an extremely difficult and anxious time for us. Simply Brilliant.
