They told me unable to return the key because lock already changed, change for that £150 but after that day I visit to the property to have a look,they haven't change yet,still don't want me to return the key and still change £150

Extremely disappointed with the new management. Lack of communication or constructive updates when needed. The director is very argumentative. The time scales for repairs etc are ridiculous. Left without heating and hot water for three days now. I reported an issue over 6 months ago and it's still unresolved. I wouldn't recommend renting through Martin & Co to anyone.

Fantastic service - sold our house in less than a week. Tim Allen is lovely, very helpful, not pushy and very personable. Fees for selling were reasonable and competitive. Would highly recommend.

This Branch is a disgrace, it needs to be shut down or at the very least the branch director needs sacking They don't give a dam what happens to tenants as long as they get there money going to the point of leaving people with no heating or hot warter in the middle of winter, You ring up for information your fobbed off with poor excuses, there communication is poor, and they lie to cover up everything They don't even tell the landlords the proper information to help them get problems fixed I know this to be true after having a long chat with my landlord he sent me all correspondence and it didn't even highlight half the problems They gave two reviews on here before today and one is the branch director! There that poor they have to review them self just to get a decent review and wouldn't be surprised if the other review was them as well Taken my complaint to the trading standards and the ombudsman
