Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Put in an offer for a property to rent, a week later no feedback whatsoever despite me chasing earlier etc. No wonder why they have had the property for months!... Read more

I was letting a property with Martins . They let my property for me. They allowed a leak to flood my property for days.. .. Thousands of pounds damage. My tenants had to move out of my property. For nearly 2 months. Discusting company.. Do not trust.... Read more

It's a franchise so be careful. I had a very bad experience a few years ago when Martin & Co let my property without carrying out sufficiently comprehensive tenant checks. When the tenant defaulted, the agent was as useful as a wet paper bag. I later found out the dodgy tenant was a friend of one of the employees. They may be more professional now? Proceed with caution.... Read more
