Very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and the proactivity of being sent updates on the latest landlord legislation.

Records are kept safely and securely electronically and all staff are polite and efficient.

Managing two properties has also improved efficiencies so hope the excellent service is maintained going forward. I am very optimistic at this stage.

Not a good experience. especially near the end of my tenancy. I was asked by a member of staff if I had changed my lock ( which I did not). She explained that a surveyor had try to let himself in and the key didn't work. He tried to enter without my permission. Hes lucky he didn't let himself in because working nights I was in bed. Martin and co you need to do a health and safety risk assessment. If I had woken up and found a stranger walking around. His health and safety should have been at risk

I have recently gone through Martin & Co and had nothing but fantastic service. The staff where brilliant, we had an unavoidable issue with the checks but they remained professional and very helpful which took a bit of stress off our shoulders.

When viewing the property the estate agent Abbie, was very friendly and knowledgeable about any queries we had which is very impressive.

We also had contact with another amazing member of staff, Gabby who was fantastic and answered any queries or concerns we had and kept us up to date with the checks to make sure everything was going to plan. Absolutely brilliant!

Working in a background with very high levels of customer service I could not be anymore impressed with this company and look forward to using them again in the future. I am aware reviews always have bad areas where dis heartened people may write negative reviews. However, everything that was written by these people, have not at all been shown to myself and my friend during these coming weeks.

Ultimately impressed and thankful we have chosen a company who give high levels of service. I very much recommend Martin & Co as your estate agents.

We had four estate agent value our house and they all gave very similar valuations, we decided to go with Martin & Co because they came across as being more friendly & personal but still professional in their approach.
Our decision turned out to be the right one as they were excellent from start to finish, all the staff from Ian who came to do the valuation and photo's, Ellie who did the viewings and Liz who dealt with our buyers and both solicitors were very friendly and helpful throughout.
We give Martin & Co our highest recommendation to anyone looking for an estate agent as they made the whole process of selling our house easy for us.

We were renting a property in Beeston managed by Martin & Co. I was very pleased with the service, whenever we needed to talk or get something repaired Ellie or someone form the office responded promptly and efficiently. The have a team who can fix and repair things, as well as yearly gas boiler check was scheduled. I would highly recommend Martin & Co as letting agents.
