After Martin & Co. purchased Executive Lets earlier this year, there were a few initial teething problems, with computer change overs and staff reshuffles. I'm glad to say that the property management is running smoothly again, just like it was with Executive Lets. Sarah Quinton is my property manager. She is reliable, competent, helpful and enthusiastic too. This gives me every confidence in her. No problem seems too difficult for Sarah or her surrounding team, who have all kept their promises, be it returning a phone call or sending a document when requested. I have used Executive Lets to manage my properties for many years and I am glad that I stayed with them during the buy out of Executive Lets. I recommended Executive Lets to a couple of my friends, and they have also remained with Executive Lets throughout the changeover to Martin & Co. I am confident that Martin & Co will continue to offer a great service and I will continue to use them.

When I accepted a new job in York I had to find a place quickly. I viewed a flat let by Martin & Co York on a Wednesday, and was able to move in the following Tuesday. Unlike other letting agents, Martin & Co are efficient and professional, and offer great customer service.
