Our family had an outstanding services from this Estate Agent from Wakefield and I would like to share our gratitude here.

From the beginning until the closure of the services it was always polite, knowledgable and prompt to respond and reply any requests from small to big and there was times that even outside working hours which you would not normally get from most business, let alone estate agents, specially the big ones.

If you are looking for personalisation work and undivided attention, this is it. I don't think we can get better than this.

I had a really excellent experience with Lucy. She was warm and welcoming, and put me at ease immediately. She listened to our plans for the day and my initial thoughts on the dress with care and attention; she then guided me towards the dresses she though would suit me and our wedding best. Her collection offers plenty of options without being overwhelming. All the materials are exquisite and feel wonderful. I will be recommending Lucy to everyone!

Useless and unresponsive. We were originally with Maidenhead branch and suddenly had emails telling us to change our standing order to the Slough branch as Maidenhead had been taken over. These emails were sent a week before the actual take over and we had had no prior communication about this. They just expected us to change a standing order for >£1000/month to go to someone new from a quick email. We had no idea at the time if this was legitimate and it was handled very unprofessionally. Since being with Slough branch, emails have gone unanswered and if I ring up no one seems to know what is going on.
