Kerry with Martin&co has been such a huge help with our moving process. We've had many hiccups along the way and she's always been happy to help us anyway she can! As soon as we applied she's been doing the most to speed the process along!

First time renting ever and Martin & Co made it so easy. Literally viewed the property and was in two weeks later. Kept me well informed and my the move stress less.
Had a few small issues when I got in, but as soon as I reported these they were all sorted within a week. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Martins provided an excellent and professional service. The photographs and video of my property were amazing.
Within 1 day of the house being posted on Right Move there were10 requests for viewings and altogether over the first weekend I had 17 viewings.
Two buyers offered the full asking price and I left all negotiations to the estate agent and the house was sold within 2 days of it going on the market

5 stars all the way. They are a very professional outfit. I am always kept upto date on any happenings regarding my tenancy through their Portal. Their communications, quality of tenants, and speedy responses make them a prime choice for anyone letting properties in Chesterfield. I was with a different agency previously, and MartinCo are miles ahead with their level of professionalism and conduct. They involve me every step of the way, and most importantly, I never feel like they dont have my best interests at heart. I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic work on finding, setting up, and managing a 2nd Temancy agreement for my property. I wish you more success in the new Year.

I had an amazing experience with Martin and Co, who acted quickly on my behalf to find me and my husband and dog alternative accommodation when we were made homeless due to the recent floods. I cannot thank Kerry enough for listening to our requirements and matching us up with an ideal property which became immediately available, which meant we were all moved in within 3 weeks of viewing the property, Kerry got a win win for both parties, and we are so thankful to have our own place again.
