Absolutely abysmal service. After Josh left no one cared no one paid attention to us and our issues. Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.

Josh Bartram- Well what an outstanding Letting Agent!! I have owned a property Company for 40 years and this guy is special. He cares about his customers and since I have been using him I would not go anywhere else. Excellent Service, Kind, Patient and the most important thing - He Listens - He is quite an Exceptional Asset to Martin & Co. Fantastic!!

Excellent service from Josh Bartram at Martin & Co! We were seeking a flat for our international student at Kingston University. The transaction was complicated because she did not have a UK guarantor - Josh managed the situation beautifully and was patient with the many communications back and forth. Highly recommend!

I have recently started a tenancy through Martin & Co Kingston and have had the most brilliant experience from the start with our agent Josh. After searching for 6 months for the right property, he was the first estate agent to actually call me to let me know that a space was available to view the property, and it turned out to be the one. The entire process was smooth, communication has been brilliant, and the couple of little hiccups with the property were sorted swiftly. I highly recommend Martin & Co Kingston for their excellent service and staff!

We recently started a tenancy through Martin & Co and the whole process has been smooth, straightforward, and easy. I'd like to especially mention Lauren, she was our main point of contact from our initial query about the property to eventually signing the tenancy agreement, and she was absolute delight to deal with. I'd highly recommend this estate agents to anyone who's looking in the SW London area.
