If there was a way to give 0 stars, I promise you this would be a 0 star review. I don't even know where to start with these people, but I guess the freshest wound is as good a place as any. I have been billed twice by the energy company that was supplying energy to then house while I stayed there. After a year of asking who the energy provider was to these incompetent people, guess how I find out? Yep, that's right, through the final bill that was sent (the first one in October 2020). After going back and forth with all parties involved, I elected to just pay and be done with it until today, I got a letter saying I owed even more money to settle the energy bill as the energy company just got the confirmation that I moved out of the apartment the other day. Bear in mind I moved out in September of 2020. Considering me and my Landlady used to have conversations over necessary house maintenance regarding how useless these people are and that I was the last tenant housed by her under that estate agent that should tell you all you need to know. If you want peace of mind on the moving out process, I would recommend you steer clear of this particular lot. Estate agents might be a necessary evil, but these guys are a different breed, not worth the time or effort. Credit where credit is due though, they made the property look great prior to tenancy....
