I worked with Danni Revell, she was very professional at all time. As a first time landlord I gave her more than her fair share of last minute problems I fires that needed assistance to put out (not literal fires).
She went above and beyond and made me feel like I was in safe hands with Martin & co.
Also a consoltation with one of the directors at the beginning of he process made me feel like they took me seriously.
Money well spent.

Having tried unsuccessfully to sell my house with two other agents I felt really negative about my home Martin and Co have been excellent right from the beginning when they came to value my home. They restored my faith! I had more viewings in two weeks than I had had in 4 months with the other agents, and now have an offer. The service cannot be faulted

Martin and Co sold our house for £5000 over the asking price, 5 days after it went up for sale. They took professional photographs, have had excellent communication! Don’t hesitate, they have been excellent.

From the very first meeting my agent from Martins was very open and honest with me.He did not overvalue the house to get my business nor did he try to downgrade his fellow estate agents.I felt totally at ease,I was kept informed at all times and encouraged to contact him if I had any questions.The whole procedure has been very easy and stress free.

I would definitely use Martin and co again the first house sale fell through but they quite quickly found another buyer..... although my conveyancing solicitor was not the best Martin and co pushed everything along nicely.
