Disgusted at the way this branch treated me and allowed the landlord to get away with whatever he wanted. Only interested in what they were being paid, never the tenants interests

I bought a flat sold/managed by Martin and Co. Dale Hesketh answered a lot of questions for me and kept me up to date. Katerina was the original agent, but left the company half way thru my purchase, she too was efficient. The only hiccup was their phone answering service, who didn’t seem to pass on my calls.

Martin & Co managed our property for 9 years and acted as selling agents when we sold. During the sale Darren presented credible buyers in a tricky market, and provided regular updates throughout. We would definitely recommend.

Be careful with your deposit. This company is very sneaky and will take at least half of it for 'cleaning' and minor damage which should come under wear and tear if you're an occupant of the house/flat for a certain period of time. They WILL NOT take this into account which is illegal. They will also avoid or defer discussions on the matter to other companies like DPS which makes it harder to claim your deposit back. They will also ignore black mould in a bathroom, even when asked to do something about it, and were slow to reply (weeks) on anything financial. Untrustworthy, unscrupulous and thieving.
