After paying timely rents for over 2 years, these guys are in union with the landlord to rip me off my deposit. The house was in a mess when I moved in and I snapped all pictures, now they want me to fix their house better than when I left it. Stay away from these guys please, there are better letting agencies out there that will be more focused on your welfare rather than rip you off your deposit.

For me this is the best agency , I would recommend this agency. They are very professional, reliable , and I found the process very easy.

Maria and Rhianna were of great help throughout the process during these unusual times where we are all affected by the Pandemic. Their professional conduct is applausable as they made our move to West Midlands flawless through virtual interactions. My experience with Martin and Co has been wonderful! Claire has been amazing, sending me emails, and keeping me updated on when a property came onto the market which fit my requirements. The whole process of application seemed to happen so fast! Both Claire and Maria have been great regarding any questions I had. Thank you guys and I would definitely recommend. :)

Organised in most aspects, however did not check property for faults and broken things before I moved in resulting in me having to organise 4 repairs. However they are easy to contact and happy to help.

Excellent experience so far. The entire process of moving houses was straightforward with Maria's help. We were able to move into our new home after two weeks of first seeing the add for the property, and it would have been possible even sooner if we haven't requested more time to do so. Maria is very responsive to all our queries, and she helped us throughout the entire process. The house is exactly as advertised on the add and the agency website.
Moreover, it was well taken care of before our move, and it was also cleaned a couple of days before we got to the property, which made the entire experience more comfortable. Even though these are challenging times, all the safety measures were in place, and all the guidelines followed strictly, but this has not delayed our process at all. If any, the system Martin & Co has in place at the moment made everything even more comfortable than before. Up until this moment (a couple of days of actually moving into the property), I would wholeheartedly recommend the agency to anyone.

Terrible terrible experience. Moved out of property more than half a year ago, having trouble claiming my deposit back from the landlord through DPS scheme. Landlord is oblivious about the issue, Martin & Co chose to sit and do nothing at all!! absolute clowns at what they do. Avoid at all costs unless you want your deposit money to go down the DRAIN!
