Having just sold our place with Martyn Meades,we found them answering our calls, helpful and at the end of the sale excellent.
Colin and Kathy were brilliant to deal with, Kathy kept us informed every step of the way. Colin at the end worked on it at the time of Covid 19 which wasnt easy for him glad he gave us his number,we were able to make contact at the end. Thanks

Horrendous. i rented a property with them and the house i was in had the boiler condemned as it was leaking carbon monoxide and i have 2 children so you can imagine my reaction. i then found out it was because the landlord bought a dodgy boiler and this company allowed me to move in to the property!!!!!! We had to move out for a week whilst it was being sorted and ended up having to bring our own plumber in as they kept bringing in people who were not qualified. One man even fell through the bedroom ceiling and destroyed my sons bedroom. Honestly the worst experience of my life. We moved out and they done some dodgy upfront cash deal with the new tenants and moved them in on the day we moved out. we were literally trying to move out whilst the new people were sat waiting. Mt partner reacted to this to the owner of the company quite rightly as it was completely inappropriate. Needless to say i actually called about a house on rightmove .. to be honest i hadn't realized it was this company as i just clicked on the call agent option. When he answered he was so aggressive towards me and the lady was shouting in the background. This is our house and we wont rent it to you. The cheek of iot. Blame me when your business allows people with children to move to properties with dodgy boilers! I clicked one star but i would have preferred to go with zero. I would suggest whether renting or buying go to another estate agents or you may risk your life!

Dosnt reply to any rightmove enquiires, i certainly wont be using them to sell my property,staff are abrupt.used to be great agent before the current owner bought it

Purchased a house via a director of this company. The process was swift and the house is stunning. A major let down has been the breach of contract and the behaviour regarding the clearing of debris from the garden. The use of foul and abusive language towards myself was disappointing.

Let's be honest, estate agents aren't really the top of most people's Christmas card list but Martyn Meade & Staff are an exception to the rule. We bought our house through them and they were attentive, supportive, honest and reassuring throughout our search and purchase. Really impressed with the service, Thanks.

Really bad, rented from these took months (6) to fix one fault. Staff are intimidating, turn up at your property unannounced if you complain and threaten with eviction. Also heard they are going bust so be careful.
