Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. This review I'm about to write is 100% genuine. Well. I' be been looking to move from my flat since march this year. I tried so many agencies. The most famous first, than those I've never seen before and I noticed that, all of them are just interested in taking as much money as the can from the tenant and very quick. Surprirly by accident I enquired for an apartment on Zoopla managed by Marylebone Properties International Ltd. And remember the name ( Arianna ) She's the most trustworthy, legit and transparent real state agent I have ever met. She made me feel like her best friend and she was so good and she managed to make me move in to my dreams flat faster than I emagined. I have no words to describe . If you have doubts like I had before, you can trust 100% I'm Arianna and the agency. I felt like me and Arianna were a team and we were playing to win. And that's what we did. Romina showed me several properties in the Marylebone. I was new to London and not sure about some details of the renting process. So.. I was asking a lot of questions! Romina was patient and took the time to listen carefully to my needs and my concerns. Last year, I sold my flat throught Marylebone Properties International. They managed to find me a buyer in a short time with an offer close to the asking price. Their further assistance in dealing with the paperworks cut down the time and secure a closing date in a short time. I'll definitely come back when I need a real estate agency.... Read more

This is one of the best estate agents in London .... I had been with several well named high street estate agents who were struggling to sell my lovely 2 bed flat in Islington for a long time. I received a call from Romina as I had placed an ad online to sell my property myself, at first I was extremely reluctant as I had been let down so much by the others. After speaking to Romina I decided to give her a go........well what can I say....I wish I had met her first as Romina is such a lovely professional person and she is a woman of her word. I have never met anyone that worked so hard as she did, no matter how cold or how much rain was falling she would always try her best not to let me down.and within a matter of weeks she found me a commited buyer and I have now sold my flat :-). Her team are very professional , polite and friendly and always willing to help.
