When I first met Craig at Mason Kelly I knew I wanted him to sell our house
He gave us great advice on little things around the house to help us sell our home quickly
With his local knowledge of house prices it helped us decide the best price for our house
When we received a offer until we completed Craig kept us informed every week
Without him and his professional approach and really caring about helping us sell our house the process would of been a lot more stressful
I really recommend using Craig and Mason Kelly to sell your home

Mason Kelly managed to sell my house "three times lucky" from July 22 to June 23 when it completed. Craig Kelly took interest in selling my home. He gave me 100% honesty, advice and generated several offers and was realistic to me in how the housing market was moving. Thank you Craig, for not only selling my house but for your patience in that frustrating time, with the chain below and the buyer that had not been totally honest...... Well done and thank you, will use your services again.

Cracking five star review for Craig. He was so helpful in showing us a property which we were very interested in and he patiently answered all our questions. In the end we opted to buy another property, which he accepted with grace. I can highly recommend Craig and his team, he was very helpful.

Tried to make me increase my offer two months into buying process.
Owner accepted my offer and I was two months into the process, mortgage applied for, my valuation survey was scheduled and on the same day I received a call from Craig to say the owner has now accepted a higher offer and will not sell to me anymore... I then had to cancel my application and survey to which Craig calls me again a few hours later to say the owner is willing to sell to me again if I give a higher offer??? i told him no and left it.
Months later I've gone to check how much the house was sold for and guess what... it was sold for exactly the same as I was offering!!!
Don't waste your time buying a house from this guy.

Craig Kelly has managed my rental property for a number of years and was always able to get good tenants and achieve a desirable rental income. He managed any issues quickly and efficiently, and has a great team of people who carry out maintenance tasks. We recently sold the property and Craig did a superb job of marketing and getting us a buyer at the price we wanted. The deal went through with minimal hassle and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Highly Recommended!

Craig has a very strange way of running his business. We viewed a house with him and he spent the full 15 minutes telling us his life story. Normally estate agents like to get to know your requirements, your likes and dislikes, your situation. Not Craig his conversations and interests are all about him! We placed an offer on the house we viewed because it sold itself! Craig only got back to us a week later, after us trying to get hold of him and leaving messages, to say a higher offer had been accepted. Again very odd, if he had got back to us to tell us a higher offer was on the table we would have offered more but he didn't give us this opportunity. Not only has he lost his seller money, he has lost himself commission and has alienated us as potential buyers on other properties on his portfolio!!
