Please be wary of using this agency, they are highly unprofessional, and mislead you in the wrong direction for their own benefit. They disclose other buyers' offers to people, make you book surveys, knowing your offer will be rejected the following day. I've wasted 2-3 weeks on one property and lost a lot of money and time because of them. Any offer I put it was on the suggestion of the agent and would keep getting rejected. (A little fishy to me). I would recommend Dexter's instead they are a few streets away and will not face this unprofessionalism that Churchill has. The stereotype of 'sleazy salesmen' is accentuated by Churchill and Mathesons.... Read more

This agency is completely unprofessional. We reached our viewing location only to be told by Malique from the Harlesden area that he can’t accommodate us because he has another appointment. We could literally see him from the window of their office laughing at us. We travelled 2+ hours only to be a laughing stock. My experience with Churchilmathesons Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they display a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for their responsibilities, but their property maintenance and management practices were abysmal. First and foremost, the property we rented was plagued with various issues that took an excruciatingly long time to resolve. From persistent rat infestations to a never-ending battle with pigeons, the living conditions were appalling. Broken doors and malfunctioning intercoms were left unattended for extended periods, causing significant inconvenience and security concerns. Adding insult to injury, Churchilmathesons Management assigned a single individual to manage our entire contract. This arrangement proved to be a complete failure. When that person was unavailable, whether on holiday or otherwise, there was no one else capable of addressing our concerns or providing the necessary assistance. This lack of backup or contingency plan only compounded the already frustrating experience. We reached out to Churchilmathesons Management multiple times, expressing our urgent need for property repairs and resolution of ongoing issues. However, our requests were met with indifference and delayed responses, if any at all. It became evident that they lacked the resources, competence, and commitment to handle their responsibilities effectively. This level of mismanagement and neglect is simply unacceptable. As tenants, we had every right to expect timely and efficient property maintenance, as well as a reliable and competent management team. Churchilmathesons Management failed to meet even the most basic expectations in these areas. I strongly caution anyone considering renting a property under the management of Churchilmathesons Management. Their disregard for property maintenance, inadequate management practices, and lack of accountability should serve as a warning sign. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable and responsible property management company. It is my sincere hope that Churchilmathesons Management will take these concerns seriously and make significant improvements to their operations. Tenants deserve better treatment and service than what I have experienced.... Read more
