I had the pleasure of working with Emerson, a truly impressive real estate agent who consistently went above and beyond to assist us in finding a rental house. His dedication and willingness to listen were commendable, creating a positive and proactive experience. Emerson's wonderful characteristics include his exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of the housing market, and his genuine passion for helping clients. Regrettably, despite Emerson's efforts, I ultimately found a different house and couldn't close the deal with him. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly appreciate his exceptional service and would highly recommend him to others in the future.

Exceptional service from first contact to completion. Communication with Nicola, Jack and Jenna was outstanding. Living outside the UK, in a different time zone was not a problem, their quick email responses, efficiency and help with additional requests made the whole process stress free.
Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola, she was always happy to answer any queries, offered sound advice with negotiations and kept us regularly updated on the sale progress.

A big thankyou to Matthews Benjamin for selling my house, after my father's sudden passing at a young age , I was left with a hurdle of things to deal with, without getting the chance to grieve properly, but this was one part where the stress was taken off me by a great team of professionals, especially Nicola whim has leased with me thoroughly all the way through the process.
I cant recommend them high enough for dealing with the sale of a property.
