Maygrove Estates are highly professional, rented a flat from them in October 2017 and the referencing was done quick and we could move in the flat in less than a week. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a 1 bedroom property for my father. As I came out of Kilburn station I came across Maygrove estates. The staff are very helpful they took my details and straight away arranged number of viewings for me. After a week they checked my father references and ended up moving on the Sunday of that week. Even tho they were closed on Sunday but member of staff checked in my father in to the property. Me and my father are both very happy. I am due to move out of my property and will go to Maygrove eatates to find me a 3 bedroom.

Their letting service is terrible. Their young letting agent acts like he is too clever for school, pretending people are queuing to rent the property to rush you when in fact the property is not even advertised yet. He would promise to provide you contract at certain times but would not. You have to chase them for everything and even when they do send something to you, it is incomplete. I mean only an idiot would send a tenancy contract without the 'signed section of the landlords and tenants!' They do not accreditation from any estate agency standards, and there is a reason for that I would say. Stay away if you ask me.
