Having live as a family in this property for over 25yrs it was a big decision to make to sell our home. After an initial meeting with Charlotte our nerves calmed down. She really pointed out every fact before I could even ask the question. We loved our home and the area we lived in so it was important that we attracted the right buyer. The house was valued at a true value and not overpriced. We put the house up for sale at the end of September and we moved out just before Xmas. The transition was extremely smooth and stress free.
