Just read the reviews of McGoogans Coatbridge and you'll have all the info you need. This guy should not be trusted at all. Just ask my fictitous tenant that had a canabis farm operating in my property. David had done quarterly inspections over a year and a half (apparently) so either saw this and did nothing or as suspected he never carried them out as he knew the tenant details he had used were ID fraud. David claimed to have met the tenant and all was above board. This was 100% not the case and I later found out there were another 3 properties raided by police for the same thing. 4 raided properties, 3 different landlords but only 1 estate agent - but David claimed he wasn't complicit. This guy should not be anywhere near people's investments.
EDIT: Review below by Greg McMillan; he's s partner of David Grainge which can be proven ny checking Companies House. Beware of dishonest reviews.
