ive just had a cheap and nasty experience with these people who have through wasted time and poor effort lost me approximately 2k since being with them. I gave them a second chance to redeem their behaviour and because I was more cautious and who could blame me. They would not comply with my wishes i.e. that the next so called buyer would need to have cash they have eventually pulled me from their sales making out that my flat priced at only £70000 was almost impossible to sell because I also preferred a settlement period transaction of 4 to 6 weeks which is not impossible when someone has cash and no chain both sides. Offenders never pardon as the old saying goes Beware.....?... Read more
