When I attended a viewing they were really attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
The buying process was agonisingly slow (nothing to do with them), McKinlays helped whenever they could and their patient support sped up the process and helped complete the sale.
I really highly recommend them. They're very skilled, efficent and genuinely caring.

I have been about 15 years with Mckinlays Agency bought the property with them by Debbie and last 13 years rented with Jen's team. Unfortunately, in case of need and make the difference show all their weakness and changed staff where quality went down drastically. They are good talker but on practice.. They have lost knowledge and skills. So, I have withdrawn their services going to another Estate Agency helped out to resolve and move on,
otherwise I was still stuck with issue. I had to find out things from abroad instead the Mckinlays be on site. Is it acceptable to receive bla bla bla? I had to guide them with other professionals like cleaning, solicitor. Now, as customer you except them to guide/advise you and not viceversa. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I recommend to find another Estate Agency for rent your property.

Brilliant Estate Agents. They were the selling agents for a property I purchased recently and Lucy and Debra were professional and efficient throughout. Always available to take calls and if required chased buyer/seller for updates helping the deal go through as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend McKinlays when buying or selling.

Debra Niepold and her fantastic staff including Lucy are amazing. Currently they are in the final stages of selling the flat that I own with my granddaughter. Everytime there is a slow down in the process they jump in and offer assistance.
Whether you are buying or selling McKinlays are better than any other agent I have used in Bournemouth for selling properties.

I've bought, sold and rented through McKinlays and I can't speak highly enough of everything they did for me each time.
Debra, Lucy and Sue were patient and supportive throughout the processes and would always be in touch when they had new information, proactively chasing the various parties to keep things moving along.
Although buying & selling can be quite stressful the team looked after me and made it as pain free as they could.
I would recommend McKinlays and will use them again in the not too distant future.

We were first time buyers when we bought our property through McKinlays nearly 8 years ago. Debra and the team were excellent and we had no hesitation in using McKinlays to sell our property with.
Our sale took 9 long months from accepting the offer to completing, due to the buyer having four different solicitors, which was highly frustrating to say the least. Debra kept us informed at all times what was happening, liaising frequently with our own solicitor and purchaser. Although the sale was complicated, the service we received from McKinlays was second to none.
Debra, Sue and Lucy are highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy.
I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent firm, having been both a purchaser and a seller with them.
