McRaes have been absolutely amazing, Lisa goes above and beyond and is a wonderful lady. We had some difficulty with our buyers solicitors and Lisa at mcraes was so good and helped with everything we needed done. I wish I could give more than 5 stars ???? ???? ??

Selling my flat turned out to be a much longer and much more painful journey that I had first expected. After having tried (unsuccessfully) to sell via two other local estate agents, I definitely appreciated the McRae’s team and their approach even more. In comparison, they were an absolute delight to work with and did everything they said they were going to do.
Professional and knowledgeable but also, warm and friendly. I appreciated the personal approach, which is something you tend to get more with smaller independent companies.
Also, fiercely dedicated to help get the sale through - Lisa Fox was great. As was Barbara, Jess and Craig. A strong team, indeed. Thanks for all of your help.

We rented our flat from McRae's and had a fantastic experience. They are attentive and just generally so pleasent to speak with. Anything that needed sorting was no hassle at all and I would have no hesitation using them or recommending them in the future.

Had a terrible experience with Mc Raes Estate Agents. I found a property to rent through this Estate Agent. Paid holding deposit while they were doing referencing checks. However, they kept property advertised in all websites including their own after I had the holding deposit for them to remove property from the marked. Moreover, they took too long to get references with Employer although we are calling them to speed up the process. They said they could not do anything as they hire a third party company to do the checks. As a result, they kept part of the holding deposit stating it had passed the 15 days period to pass referencing. Also, they made false allegations that my husband\'s pay slips were fake because there was no income tax deductions although he had no deductions because he was on the tax fee allowance period but they just assumed we were given misleading information and on these grounds they kept our money. When I try to escalate the complaint they threatened us saying if we do escalate they would report my husband company for not paying tax. They follow all the complaint procedure response in writing but called me directly several times to make these threats. I could not believe I was dealing with a such a dodgy company. I would not recommend this Estate Agents. They are not reliable.

Lisa, Barbara and Craig at McRae's are heroes. We recently sold a property through McRae's and they were brilliant. Lisa was an absolute dream to work with, keeping us updated with progress and helping us manage all aspects of the sales and purchase process. I can't recommend McRae's highly enough. Their local insight and market expertise was a blessing, and their very good relationships with other stakeholders throughout the chain was a godsend. Look to no other agents if you want to move!

Made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and was upfront about all costs.
Will definitely be using them again if I move.

I've bought a property through McRae's and I have to say, after dealing with other property companies which were a nightmare, McRaes Property service was a breath of fresh air. They were very professional and allowed us to view the property as frequently as we needed to. They were transparent, honest and a pleasure to deal with.
