When I attended this college between 1987-1990 I found Teachings here were very basic and I found after innumerable attempts
to pass a course the over strong personality of some of the staff made it impossible to make any headway and acted as a barrier to any progress.
If they don't like your face they can block your path to success.. My advice is if the college doesn't feel right for you and you as a student feels isolated it is best to leave and start again somewhere else.
My experiences here were time wasting and horrendous to say the least.
Some teachers act like they are king here and can get 'heavy'.That is
they will think nothing of throwing a few punches when given the opportunity and one head of department had his own stooge to do his dirty work and punch anyone he was told to punch... including me.
That's right there was a kind of dogs body slave thug..hanging around
and controlled by the head of sculpture..when I was here.

The Cass almost nails it as a school of art. If only the rest of London Metropolitan University would realise it. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to study RIBA Part II to consider the Cass. The facilities and tutors are second to none.

The CASS faculty is great! I spent already two years with them and feeling great with my tutors. Of course, nothing is perfect and they have room to grow.
