Michael Anthony of Tring completely transformed our house selling experience. The previous agent we had were not doing anything with 3 months of trying, and Michael Anthony of Tring sold the house within 2 weeks of taking over for very close to our asking price.
The team overall were very good, but their secret sauce is Sam Payne - he was absolutely excellent throughout in leading the sales effort, negotiation, and managing the sale to completion (which took some managing!).
Special mention to Luke Ackers as well, who also inspired a lot of confidence as a sales person.
Tl;dr if you want your house sold in Tring and surrounding villages - use Michael Anthony of Tring!

Therre was good communication
letting me know of any potential buyers and providing regular feedback. The staff were friendly providing me with plenty of advanced notice of any viewings by phone or email.
