Called the Totton lettings team to seek action over their failure in respect of my flat. I was polite and professional unlike the guy on my last call who behaved like an arrogant child. Totally unnecessary. I will go elsewhere. Please note I had no dealings with the sales team.

Excellent experience, house put on the market within 2 days, sold within 5 days. There were problems at the top of the chain, also issues with solicitors holding up the process. Barry Sweetman was a huge help in dealing with the issues and advising on what action to take when it got difficult (which it did several times! ). His many years of experience became v valuable. Other team members, also helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and good value.

What a wonderful experience we had selling our family home through Michael Rhodes in Totton. We purchased our home 20 years ago through Bushnell Porter dealing with Barry Sweetman and it was wonderful to be able to work with Barry again at Michael Rhodes. Barry has a wealth of experience and professionalism and this really comes across. What Barry doesn’t know isn’t worth talking about. Barry is an absolute Gentleman. He was very open throughout the whole sales process and kept us informed every step of the way. I have recommended Barry and the Michael Rhodes Team in Totton to many people. I cannot thank you all enough for making what is a very stressful time, so easy and straight forward !!

I currently rent a property through Michael Rhodes. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole of the team are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. They respond quickly and efficiency and kept me informed throughout the whole process of drawing up my rental agreement. Maisie is a pleasure to deal with. Efficient and professional but also with a friendly face - the perfect combination.

I cannot recommend Michael Rhodes highly enough, they have been exceptional throughout the sales process. Their excellent knowledge of the property market and personal friendly service is first class. Like many others I found myself having to sell my mothers home to fund care home fees. For this reason and because of the circumstances I needed to sell quickly but get as much money as possible to secure her ongoing care. The bungalow had been the family home for nearly 60 years and where I grew up, so it was very emotional, added to this I no longer lived in the area which made it even more challenging. Barry was my Sales Manager and has been outstanding from the start. His initial viewing and advice of what to do with the property and pricing was spot on. It was a sound liveable property and I was unsure if I should put in a new bathroom kitchen etc. Barry's advice was let the new buyers update it if they wished. I could do it up a bit, but it may not appeal. How right he was, the property sold quickly. Barry kept me informed of progress and provided amazing support and answered my questions and queries with ease. When Barry went on holiday Andrew took it over and knew all about the progress. In fact whenever I called or popped in Maisie, Andrew, Brett and William were all so helpful. They also recommended a house clearance team who again were sensitive to the situation and a superb gardener and handyman who took the garden to task when it suddenly got out of control and I couldn't keep up with the weeds anymore. I cannot thank the team at Michael Rhodes enough and most especially Barry who was amazing and made a very emotional situation more bearable and for that I will be eternally grateful. I wish you all at Michael Rhodes continued success, your professional knowledge and expertise combined with friendly personal service is outstanding and much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to others. Thankyou again.

I cannot praise Michael Rhodes highly enough. I have just successfully sold a property through them and would recommend Andrew, Barry, Brett, Maisie and the team to anyone and everyone, over and over again. They are professional, efficient and you are made to feel valued as a client. They are super experienced within the industry and have an incredible knowledge of the area and current markets. When I told one friend that I was using Michael Rhodes to sell my house, they responded with 'my whole family only ever use them to buy and sell houses'. To coin a current phrase "you can't get better than that"! 5 out of 5 stars
