Due to my current situation its been difficult finding a property so many estate agents have just been very unprofessional and not helped me at all. Spoke to a young lad forgot to catch his name he was so honest and helpful and he advised me on what to do to help my current situation. Honestly this just shows that this is a good company, he gave me more then customer service he was also a friend. Thank you very much mate, you helped a lot. Wish you the best

Very professional staff i must say, especially Saleem & Ayat from the city center branch. I was looking for an apartment from a month and i couldn't find a nice clean one but when i got in touch with them they made sure they meet my criteria. I am usually very busy with work and they did everything for me and all i had to do was sign a few documents and move in. Thank you guys really appreciate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I would like to thank Ayat for his helpful and professional advice regarding flat A1 Fountain road. Ayat had demonstrated excellent customer service with a great knowledge base when informing me on all aspects of the property details. Though I did not meet the criteria for this property, I came away from the call knowing that a great service was provided. In my opinion, Ayat has the knowledge and skill set to manage a team based on how to deal with customers and expectations. He also explained the process and other possible options that may be available giving me a full understanding without having to repeat information. A true credit to the business and definitely someone management should keep their eyes on regarding a team management or team leading role especially regarding understanding, advice given and services. I'm writing this review without achieving my goal for the property so your business is aware that Ayat provided an excellent service all around. Well done Ayat and keep up the good work.
