Matt was professional, personable and honest about market conditions - no false promises and genuine from the get go. Matt talked me through market comparisons and realistic outcomes - he managed my expectations from the outset and cautioned me house sales averaged 5 months to complete. Matt nailed it! Highly recommend Shannen their professional photographer who set up the online 3-D walk through for prospective buyers - She did an amazing job. This service is invaluable - it genuinely helps prospective buyers and deters time wasters.

When moving house, it can be very stressful. Miles and Barr have made our moving experience very easy, calm and without stress. They are on the end of the telephone at anytime to answer any queries that we had and if they could not, they would find out the answers and come straight back to us. We found that there was "nothing too much" for Miles and Barr and we are extremely grateful for their professionalism and friendliness. This is our second time moving with Miles and Barr and we would certainly use them again and indeed, recommend to our friend and family.
