Excellent and professional service throughout the stressful process of moving home.
A very informative and helpful pre market appraisal from the manager Helen Maddison helped us position the house for an early sale. We were then allocated Amy Williams to support the viewings process through to sale completion. I have to say that Amy provides a first class efficient yet friendly support and she seamlessly links the seller and prospective buyers with her easy going manner. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Miller Metcalfe Culcheth.

The team at Culcheth were all extremely helpful. They kept in regular contact throughout the process of selling our home. Every phase from the initial valuation, viewings and the sale was carried out with professionalism and care. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough for the personal and efficient service they provide. Head and shoulders above the competition!

Not sold yet but due to other reasons, however they have been excellent throughout. Excellent service and communication. Very friendly and helpful at every point in the process and very understanding of the circumstances that came about during the process.
