I wouldn’t bother with them. We had an offer accepted on a house started all legal proceedings just for them to let us know that the buyer has accepted another offer on it. Why are you still doing viewings and taking offers if you already accepted ours. We had confirmation via email and phone confirmation as well so unless you want to waste your time and be disappointed I would stay well clear of this company.

Very good advertising and promoting of my property: we were very impressed by the photography, as well as the reaching out to people.
