I reached out to Joey because my husband and I were interested in a property in Brighton; however, we never received a response to our emails. I then sent a message through WhatsApp to Joey (a contact option on the website) - he answered at first and then COMPLETELY ghosted us when the time slot he suggested for the viewing didn't work for us and we asked for another slot (we also gave him our budget at the same time, which was right at the listing price - so it also could have been this that rendered us unworthy of being answered). Super rude. Jokes on Mishons though, because we ended up offering on the property Joey refused to show us through another agent, who was representing the same property. That's what happens when you ghost people - you lose potential sales. Because of our experience, we don't recommend this agent for buyers.... Read more
