Despite the difficult market situation, Mark managed to find a strong buyer and with due care and attention managed to get it across the line. The buyers wanted to move into the house about 7 weeks ahead of completion, Mark arranged a weekly rolling rental contract that was agreeable for all. Everything proceeded smoothly.

I have recently used MK Estates for the first time in relation to buying and renting a property. The service was absolutely top class. I noticed that everyone works together as a actual team, and there is no breakdown in communication which made the process very painless and efficient. Furthermore, they are a very friendly bunch.
