This is the second time we've used Local Estate Agent, first for our house, second for selling my mum's house. Both Bertie and Mitch were fantastic. Mitch in particular had to deal with a lot of problems when selling my mum's house, but he dealt with all the issues in a professional and helpful manor, he certainly earnt his money on this one!!! These guys are the way forward to selling your house in MK and surrounding areas. Their fees are great and will save you hundreds if not thousands in fees and Bertie and Mitch are friendly, professional and very personable rather than the stuffy typical estate agents. Bertie has the knowledge to give best advice and the charisma to win over any potential buyer, and he put himself out at all hours of the day to do escorted viewings even in Covid times.
