This is the second time we've used Local Estate Agent, first for our house, second for selling my mum's house. Both Bertie and Mitch were fantastic. Mitch in particular had to deal with a lot of problems when selling my mum's house, but he dealt with all the issues in a professional and helpful manor, he certainly earnt his money on this one!!!
