From then till the closuring everything went extremely smoothly. They were very professional throughout the whole process keeping us up to date with all important info. Zoe was extremely prompt in responding to my emails and calls and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. All the issues were resolved in no time. Zoe is approachable and very helpful. What’s more, they have also recommended the solicitors that were extremely professional. We consider ourselves lucky that me came across this particular agency. Ish and Zoe were so helpful throughout the whole process and without them we would never have sold our house! They are both incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. We put all our trust with them and they did not let us down, they made themselves available to us 24/7 7 days a week and no request was ever too big. I would recommend them 100% to anyone over the big chains. Ish and Zoe were always very respectful being in our home and we were always happy to have them round. Up until completion day and beyond they have been amazing and I cannot fault them in any way. A massive thanks to Ish and Zoe for helping us to start our new life!
