One of the most important aspects of property sales is excellent communication; that is why we have made a significant investment in a state of the art telephony system that means our customers always speak to a real person when they call us at any time of the day or night on any day of the year. We also believe that our customers shouldn’t be tied in to extended contracts or pay a withdrawal fee if their circumstances change, that’s why we offer true NO SALE/NO FEE terms, zero days notice to terminate their contract and no withdrawal charges for all our customers.

Excellent, Don't know what I would have done without the monopoly llanbedr branch, had been with another agent in the area who were incompetent and after wasting a lot of time and money ( in a falling market ) spotted lots of monopoly for sale and sold bourds in the area , gave them a try and very glad I did as both houses now sold , thanks again Helen,Paul and Tabitha... We hadn't heard of Monopoly before but they came across very well when we interviewed potential agents. Our property was at the edge of their normal selling zone but we were so impressed we chose them above other more local agents who quoted us lower fees. I was also a buyer so not even their client but the Llanbedr branch of Monopoly provides a truly excellent service. Not only are all staff very friendly, cooperative and helpful but compared to solicitors who might take weeks to pass on queries to the vendor they operate really quickly within the day and very frequently within a couple of hours. This makes for fast and easy consultation between the two parties. Also I had a problem with my AML check and stupidly didn't think to ask them initially. As soon as they heard they had a solicitor on hand to help me out. They go above and beyond their work in every way possible. I won't be using anyone else in the future.... Read more

If you want an estate agency which is 'on the ball' in every aspect, from crisp, sharp communication to producing top-notch details to sell your property, then Monopoly would be the right choice. My experience of Monopoly in Llanbedr was as a buyer, so I wasn't paying their bills but I can still attest to their high level of professionalism. From my side of the transaction they did everything that an agency should, from making sure that the property that I bought suited my needs and wants precisely, to making sure that the transaction was as painless, stress free and as smooth as possible.
