Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale.
During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move.

Westley at MA estate agents is absolutely brilliant and has help me in selling and buying homes throughout the years. Over the last year he helped me sell and buy and did so in a very professional and personable way using his extensive expertise in the field of property. He has built a great team to support him and they held my hand all the way through the process. Moving home can be one of the most stressful things you can do but Westley helped smooth the way keeping everyone informed and being fair, efficient and most importantly kind. MA is my go to Estate Agent in Hertford and would totally recommend to everyone.

Highly recommend. Louis, Joe and the MA team. They were great from start to finish. We appreciated their transparency, honesty and fast communication. Louis went above and beyond expectations and sold our place quickly and at a great deal especially in the current climate. They are also just very nice, genuine people which made the process of selling our place a better experience. Thank you!

Our family were purchasing a vacant new build through MA so gave Louis, MA, a chance to market our lovely home. I supported him with the written details. We sold for a lower offer as he got a deal on the new build for us. Two weeks later he said the developers wanted 25k more from us! We had sorted our mortgage, paid a deposit for the plot and instructed solicitors. On the day we agreed the deal, our For Sale board arrived, over a week and a half late! For us, it felt like lies were told and he worked for the developers and our buyers, over us! We let the deal fall through, took our property off the market and will go back on with Steven Oates. Others friends of ours locally had this experience of immaturity from Louis. Westley is professional. Louis is a good person but let us down. We are back to square one, weeks on sadly!

Louis and his team were absolutely fantastic, their knowledge of the house sales market was second to none. With house sales being at an almost standstill, Morgan Alexander introduced a buyer for my property in just one week!
I cannot thank them enough for all the help they have given me, always keeping me up to date with proceedings and putting up with my constant questions and concerns.

Have now bought a property and sold that same property through Westley and the chaps at MA. Re the recent sale, after a very poor experience with another local estate agent I turned to MA. Should have done so much sooner as they provided triple the viewings and had a far better handle on how to market the property. They know the Hertford market inside out and provided excellent communication and updates throughout.

This is the second time I have used MA and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the initial meeting to the day of completion- the whole process was amazing. The marketing of my home was impeccable and they found the right buyers for me really quickly (the second viewing)! Communication throughout was brilliant. I highly recommend using Morgan Alexander!

Morgan Alexander is the best estate agent I've used! Found a buyer almost instantly even during a tough market! Morgan Alexander didn't just put my house online, they really guided me through the whole process, helped me with chasing certain things needed for the sale and just generally all round really took care of everything. Couldn't have asked for a better result and I will definitely use them again. I certainly recommend. They have the best service and best value in Hertford!

We recently completed the sale of our property through Morgan Alexander and were very happy from start to finish with the service we received. We weren't sure who to sell with but after seeing their social media and photo quality along with so many recommendations from other locals we couldn't not go with them and we were extremely pleased we did. They don't feel corporate in anyway, which was a breath of fresh air. The whole team were very easy to talk to and always someone there at the end of the phone/email to chat as needed. Everyone was extremely friendly & helpful. Thank you all!
