We can highly recommend Morgan & Co as an estate agent in Llandrindod Wells. After bad experiences with 2 other local estate agents and both failing to sell our property we approached Morgan & Co and we are so glad we did. We just wished we had done it sooner. Trevor is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and the non standard construction of our bungalow, and we felt that we were in very good hands.
All throughout the process we were kept well up to date by Trevor and Angie and we secured viewings and a buyer in the first week of advertising. Trevor knew which buyers to look for and advertised the property to cash buyers only. Trevor's expertise meant that he could advise potential buyers correctly regarding the non standard construction which 2 previous estate agents failed to do.

My parents had a great experience buying their house recently, communication was excellent and everyone very helpful.
As a long term tenant Morgans have always been exceptional in managing the property i live in and are quick to respond and resolve any issues.
All in all a highly recommended company both for prospective buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants.
