The letting agency consists of most scrupulous agents that you can imagine. Please be very careful in your dealings with them.

We lived in a Morgan Randall managed property for almost 3 years. Aside from the initial positive impression from the sales/lettings team, everything quickly went downhill once the lease was signed. A simple task, such as adding another name to the lease, took several months as property managers either never responded or took a long time, and every time you try to give them a call, they'd be on "lunch break" and nowhere to be found. Similarly, it took them a couple of months and several chase-ups to fix our broken shower, along with other issues. After the initial duration, they tried to raise our rent to an above-market rate despite our argument that there were several other available properties being marketed at lower prices. The quality of the check-in report was lacking, and resulted in us being deemed responsible for damages that were "suddenly found" as the check-out report was (of course) significantly more detailed and thorough. It then took several weeks of back and forth before they agreed to approximately halved the value of the "damages" they claimed were done by us, which is truly telling. All in all, a terrible experience. Stay away.

I would recommend Morgan Randall to anyone seeking a new home in the Canary Wharf and surrounding area.  Our agent, Julia, gave us exceptional customer service and - more or less - did the hard work for us!  She was thorough, efficient, responsive and professional throughout the entire property search and made the journey that more pleasant.  We have now settled into our new place and can only thank Julia for putting in the effort to make sure the place was tailored to our requirements, especially during such a tempestuous and unprecedented time we are all facing.

Julia helped us with a rental property in London. She addressed all our queries promptly and gave clear instructions. Everything went smoothly from the point of offer to signing the tenancy agreement. Would definitely engage Morgan Randall again for future lettings.

Julia and Morgan Randall provided exceptional service despite challenging circumstances. From the get-go, I received all the information required to make an informed choice. My questions were answered swiftly, I was kept updated at all stages of the process and ultimately able to secure a tenancy in less than 24 hours. Expectations and commitments were managed professionally throughout, would be happy to recommend or reuse their services in the future. Top notch!

Be warned if thinking of selling with this agency. They told us they had a cash buyer, who had given a £5000 deposit to secure the property and complete in 30 days. It sounded too good to be true, and it was. The buyer pulled out, and it turned out there was no deposit or help from the agency to pursue it. I know estate agents have a bad reputation but I always had good experiences before with other agents. We will now report them to the ombudsman.

After viewing a flat, my wife and I put a holding deposit down this property later that evening. The next day (Friday), I received a call from Morgan Randall telling us 'Congratulations the landlord has accepted your offer' and 'we will take the property off the market'. Additionally, after I asked if I could cancel any viewings I had arranged for the weekend, they gave me the go-ahead and reassurance to do so. During this call, we were also told that a property manager will be in touch with us on Monday. With their confirmation, we also handed in our notice for the place we were currently renting.

When we didn't hear from the property manager (Mon-Wed), we tried to get in contact with Morgan Randall via emails, WhatsApp and calls repeatedly. When we do try to call, we get the standard reply of 'They will call you back' which we never received. Over WhatsApp however, we were told that they will get things sorted for us. On Thursday, after not hearing from the property manager again, we called Morgan Randall repeatedly until we they finally responded notifying us that that the landlord has accepted an offer with another agency. This means we were left with NO HOUSE A WEEK BEFORE WE WERE MEANT TO MOVE IN. We don't doubt that the team was working hard to sort out the issue but clearly we deserved much greater transparency over the issue. As far as we were concerned, the flat was ours, hence if we had at least been aware that there was any issue we may have been able to assess our other options. Instead, we received the unpleasant surprise that we had less than a week to find somewhere else to live. The Morgan Randall team promised to do their best to assist us with finding a new place, following which we received no further correspondence from them.

When we wrote a formal complaint e-mail, they said 'the landlord decided to accept another offer and the Lettings team informed you of this as soon as possible. Having said this, we agree that communication should have been better during the process and calls ought to have been returned. We will be reviewing these matters internally and providing further training so this does not happen going forward.' It seems they have not acknowledged the issue that we complained about. We were told that the landlord accepted our offer and that the property would be taken off the market - NOT that the landlord was still considering the offer. Those are two very different things. Additionally, we were only told when we called them repeatedly, they did not call us to break the news. Their ability to provide training for this is somewhat questionable when they don't seem to be able to acknowledge the cause of the issue.

Needless to say that we are extremely disappointed in and shocked by the lack of professionalism by Morgan Randall, Canary Wharf and we will most definitely not be recommending them.

We are student housing company operating in a number of different countries. We have recently started working with Morgan Randall to expand our London operations. So far, we have received nothing but excellent service. They understand the market well and act swiftly. Their staff are very professional and talented. Bradley, particularly, was extremely helpful. We recommended Morgan Randall to any corporates in need of flats for their staff or client.

Choose your agency wisely!
During my home searching period, I worked with various Estate Agents. Jade from Morgan Randall is the best by far!

There are many things I really love about Morgan Randall from the website to the people.  The first thing I noticed about their website is that all the information is present and clear and easy to find (unlike other estate agents where the presented information is somewhat inconsistent) and always includes things like service charge, council tax etc.

On the very same day I submitted a form to the website with what I was looking for, I got a voicemail from a cheery voice, Gina De, that instantly made me feel that my message was important.

Gina has taken my needs on board and has been excellent in showing me different places and listening to my opinions on them.  Whenever I view a place with her, I'm given an information pack about the it making it much easier to remember what I've visited and she is always very patient with my questions and has given me a lot of advice.  I've also found her replies to my emails to be extremely prompt and on top of that she's a delightful and enthusiastic person! I haven't found the perfect place for me yet but I really hope it's through Morgan Randall as I've felt like a valued customer here.

I have dealt with Gene Lim at Morgan Randall and he has been outstanding. I am currently going through the process of changing the name on the lease with a new occupant and Gene has been exceptional in reply to emails and attending to any queries i had in relation to the move. Would highly recommend working with Gene.

I dealt with Grace Sees at Morgan Randall and she was excellent. Very communicative (and excellent at responding in a very timely fashion), and as their was more than one offer on the table for the landlord to consider, open and transparent regarding the process. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Grace and the Morgan Randall letting team in the future.

However I have later edited this review (from 5 star to 3) because while the initial letting process was great, once I had signed the contract - I struggled to get any follow up service from Morgan Randall.

I was urgently looking for a short term rental apartment and Morgan Randall Canary Wharf were extremely helpful. Bronte G was particularly helpful in quickly providing me with options that met my very specific requirements, replying to my emails promptly, taking immediate action and and keeping me updated every step of the process. Jamie S was also particularly helpful and contributed to my overall positive experience with Morgan Randall Canary Wharf. Based on my experience with the staff I would recommend Morgan Randall Canary Wharf to others.

Grace has been absolutely fantastic. Speedy responses out of normal office hours, no request too much trouble. She epitomises customer obsession and professionalism in all that she does. I couldn't attend the viewing in person so she face timed me which was a nice touch. It made my transaction painless, quick and enjoyable. I would hire her for my company in a heartbeat.

My letting agent Emma was superb, she was very efficient in sourcing a property within the right spec that I needed and also within budget.

I had the pleasure of working with arguably the greatest property agent - Jade Graham from the Canary Wharf office. Jade went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Going out of her way to show me several attractive properties which fitted my criteria perfectly. She is professional, personable, attentive, proactive and comes very highly recommended. 
All calls and emails were also responded to in a timely manner. Jade and Morgan Randall will be my exclusive choice of agency when looking for properties in the future.

Wasting of time. I’ve tried to rent an new place to live with this agency. The only thing they’ve done is disturbing me with an offers which are out of my budget or far away from the requested location. 
I’ve got one viewing in the building next to their office. The agent was trying to impress me by getting me a ride on their new car. That was so stupid???? After all the viewing was useless cause the rent was far away from the requested budget. What was the reason to call me then? What did they expect????????

Let's talk about what it is to have an awesome Estate Agent helping you out. Our first contact with Hollie was from the USA, with an 8 hours gap between us. And she was fearless. We used to call her hurricane Hollie referencing here "get-things-done" attitude. Everything was taken care of through FaceTime. The "whole nine yards" - The virtual tours, negotiating costs, talking about our cats, and be with us during the apartment inspection. Thanks, Hollie for being there when we were newbies in London. You were an awesome hurricane.

I am very much satisfied with the service provided by Jade Graham. I reached out on a Saturday afternoon to book a viewing and within an hour it was all booked in for me - much opposed to many other agencies. She met me at the property with such energy and excitement and that just appealed to me. She is certainly a great agent and I would recommend her and Morgan Randall.

I use Morgan Randall for renting a flat, and Hollie Osborn helped me a lot. When I urgently need a place in a short time, she quickly responded and act swiftly. She's quite friendly, and not intrusive like many other letting agents. Hollie also gave me lots of advices on moving out of my last property, which is not really her responsibility. I contacted Morgan Randall, as I was interested in one of the flats advertised on their website. I spoke to Hollie, who was very friendly and gave me more information. As I have pets, it was important that the flat was pet friendly. Hollie took all my details and phoned me back a couple of days later to tell me that she managed to convince the landlord to accept pets in his flat. Hollie and her manager Jamie went above and beyond my expectations and acted quickly in order to secure the flat. It took less than 24 hours to have my offer accepted from the landlord. This one of the best agencies I've worked with while looking for a flat in London. My lettings consultant, Hollie Osborn, was an absolute gem! She was friendly and extremely efficient. She provided fantastic advice and went out of her way to find us every property they had available to suit our needs. I'd highly recommend you ask for her the next time you're looking for a place, a lovely experience overall!

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys.  They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money!  You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me!  That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. 

 But there is more!  When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did.  We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa.  Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones.  Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice!  The shower head is completely screwed!   The doors to balcony do not open!

I could probably go on for days!  Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.

Jade was very friendly and supportive. She made sure that she knew all my desires for the place both cost and quality wise, and during the viewings, she was taking notes, in order to match closely further suggestions. She was very professional, but treats the client also as a friend, not just client, which makes it more welcoming than a normal agent. Despite not having a good match between cost and quality I like, I would definitely advise people to seek the service of Morgan Randall, and it's agents.

We have been tenants with Morgan Randal for 2 years now and always received the highest quality service in terms of flats search and also property management. We are now looking for a different flat and Danielle our agent has been amazing. We have very difficult requirements for our new flat and she managed to find the perfect match even for the first viewing. I just renewed my contract for another year, and the agent Niema  Osman was brilliant. She responded to my email within minutes and set-up the necessary paperwork in no time. She followed up with my landlord and everything sorted within the day. In addition when I did call her back just to query a  few things, i was put through to her ASAP, no delays or fuss. Very polite and helpful, a great service all round.

I met Klaudia last week for a viewing. Prior to meeting, she kept in constant contact with me. Ensuring that she knew my requirements and that I was still looking for a flat. The flat she showed me was beautiful. She was very positive about it, and explained all the steps to me. She has excellent customer care skills. She has been very helpful so far. Just hope I'm lucky enough to get the flat.

Anthony initially agreed to  showing me a property at very short notice late on Friday afternoon and was already there when I arrived. His welcome was friendly and he put me at my ease straightaway. During the viewing he was helpful, providing me with instant answers to the questions  I raised., but without being pushy.  Afterwards he kept in touch and although I decided to purchase another property in the end, this was nothing to do with Anthony, whose efficiency and calm approach  certainly impressed me.

Although we didn't entry our property from this agent however the work Elise has done forced me to write a review here. Elise was very professional and her attitude was wonderful. She has been fantastic throughout the process of our search. All the property we viewed were worth seeing. She was available and answered to all our questions. ELSIE GREY- During my time at oracle I was dealing with a lady called Elsie, who ordered stationery from us. I have a lot of clients but Elsie was 100% my favourite. She was always so happy and positive during the phone calls and emails and when meeting to discuss with prices. She was very sharp and firm and could always seem to find a price better than what I quoted so in that sense she has her business mind screwed on! Our experience of Morgan Randall has been extremely positive and in particular Holly Jensen who was our point of contact. This was our first experience of a property search in London and Holly has been outstanding in guiding us right throughout the process. Holly was extremely thorough and professional throughout; from identifying numerous properties which met our requirements to ensuring that all of the details of the contract were meticulously finalised and explained. I was impressed with the efforts of Oliver Seymour to find a flat in Canary Wharf that met our needs. My husband and I recently booked a viewing with Morgan Randall as part of a full day of viewings in Isle of Dogs and Mailen Andersen was by far the best agent we had all day! It was clear from the first phone call that she was good, but during the actual viewing she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I was looking for a flat to rent in Isle of Dogs and therefore, I made viewing requests through rightmove.co.uk. Holly Jenson from Morgan Randall gave me a call to understand my requirements - likes and dislikes about a flat- and accordingly later on, she booked a series of viewing appointments for me. In addition to this, she was updating me with availability of those flats and was also giving me timely  reminder about the viewings. I found her very good in her knowledge about the area and specifications of the apartments. I really liked her approach and it really helped me to decide further. Though, I didn't manage to get the flat from her recommendation, but I liked the way she approached the problem and handled it quite effectively. I rate her very high in her skills. I have to admit am really impressed with the way Holly Jensen took care of me, I was abroad at a time, but that wasn't a problem. I was looking for 1 Bed flat for my family (couple with a toddler)with many peculiar requirements which are not common in here with a budget in mind. I was approached by Holly Jensen . She did not start straight away with the properties in her hand. She had a detail talk with me to understand my requirements. She enquired about my ongoing viewing and showed interest in digging details on what was missing and why those did not work. After all this groundwork only, I was showed properties. Was recently looking for a new rental in Canary Wharf/North Greenwich area with my wife as we are relocating back to the UK from Amsterdam.  I was impressed with the service and enthusiasm shown by Elizabeth Marshall.  She did not waste our time with properties out of our spec, she quickly understood our needs.  She was professional, efficient and reliable.

From the very first moment, Elizabeth Marshall has been a great agent, very polite, full of advice and help and seriously concerned about different preferences of the flat. I have had several meetings with Elisabeth, and have viewed a range of flats across Canary Wharf, she have always been on time for the meetings, very cheerful and eager to provide full information about the places. We have been looking for a flat around Canary Wharf. Our agent Elizabeth Marshall was really accommodating and flexible for viewing times. We had two group of viewings with her one at 8am and another at 8pm. 

On the first viewings we did not find our dream flat but in spite of problems with car lift (Morgan Randall you need to get it fixed!!) she was very positive an energetic.  It was great fun and we really enjoyed her company.

Elizabeth Marshall was very helpful when I was looking a flat and she helped me find one that suits my needs perfectly. Thanks to her the whole process was very fast and straightforward and I had an offer accepted within 2 days of the first and only viewing.

I have dealt with many agents over the years (both in my time in Banking) and as a private landlord and very few behave in what I would consider a professional manner. 
I accompanied my daughter from Brighton to an arranged lettings viewing in London as she is due to start her postgrad soon and, despite assurances, the rep of this firm would not respond on the day and when she finally got through to the office was informed that the property was not available and they wouldn't know why a viewing had been arranged. 1/2 a day (that's about £300 of my time) and sundry travel costs wasted. Either a lack of competence or a lack of consideration (or more likely, both) demonstrated by Morgan Randall Canary Wharf Estate Agents.
I'm not impressed but fortunately I've learned which agents I can happily cross of my list when I have more important deals to cut.

Elizabeth Marshall was more than helpful when I was researching a flat. She is very patient, attentive to your needs, polite and professional. Elizabeth guided me very smoothly through the stressful and complex rental process, and she always indulged me with enthusiasm, kindness and a smile!

If I could possibly rate this company even lower than a 1 I definitely would! A totally unacceptable figure driven company who cares about none of the clients or customers needs. They take most landlords as a joke unless they have a very heavy portfolio where instantly they start seeing money symbols through their eyes. The people seeking a property through them have no say in what they want and get treated in an unacceptable manner as 'second choice' in any matter. Once they do move in, don't expect Morgan Randall to fix the problem. Actually i'll be generous.. they do fix it but after maybe 8 months of you being there. The way they treat their workers is absolutely terrible aswell with feedback being given that employees feel like a slave for the higher management there. 
Please don't be fooled by the reviews written on Google as 90% of the people have been begged or forced to write a positive review for the 'one of a kind' service they provide. 

Absolutely absurd.

Hannah Bailey (from Morgan Randall) was exceptional in helping us with a rental property; she laid out the whole process clearly and got us a fantastic deal, and she really went the extra mile and put in the effort to make it happen. Can't recommend her highly enough.
