Moved in April this year. I am so disappointed with the after care . Several site managers have left so no one has come to put things right. The quality of the kitchen is disgraceful. The paint work around the house is horrible. Infant so many things wrong with the property. I have a kitchen door that needed adjusting, It's now cracked my smoke alarm constantly goes off because we could not shut it. The windows are coming apart at the frames and I was left with a hole above the vents which has caused a draught this winter. . I am actually embarrassed to have family and friends around to say it's a brand new build. You would think moving to a new build you would have a few snag issues but this is a joke. I would never recommended this builder who has now changed names to Aurora . Plrae take my advice stay away .... Read more

Do not buy off this builder they do not know what customer care is and do not deal with after care, I live on the estate and they have ruined my house trying to make it look like a patch work quilt, a contractor on behalf of the builder marcity damaged my carpets and said they would only replace half of them with a different colour carpet due to waiting for 15 months for them to come out to look at it and now our carpet are no longer available, now the builder saying it’s not there problem and it’s now my problem to fight it with there contractor after marcity moved me and my family with a 5 month child out my house to fix the downstairs room as the floor had cracked and I had to find alternative place to live with no help off marcity which resulted in the carpet being damage as the contractor got glue on the carpet on the stairs, AVOID and buy somewhere else £160,000 plus is a lot to lose with this Mickey Mouse set up, let’s do it publicly as they don’t like to listen any other way, there’s lots of other builders around look at there reviews and see what you can do to make buying a house enjoyable and comfortable with out any stress.... We will soon be celebrating our first years anniversary of living on the Alexandra Grange and we could not be happier. The house we have chosen is fantastic and it is built to a very high standard. The rooms are well thought out and there is a good variety of houses for individuals, couples and families. The area is lovely and peaceful. The neighbours are great. The essential amenities are so handy and close. Transportation routes gives you easy access to all local areas. The railway and buses are close and convenient. I would recommend this development to anyone.... Read more
