Move UK did an excellent job for us in selling our house, from the start right through to completion. The photos of our house were very professional and the description accurate. Ryan Turner brought all clients round in person and was able to answer all the detailed questions without asking us because he had taken the trouble to brief himself fully on our property. He only brought clients who were interested and so was able to sell our house very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and Ryan brought the buyers round in person on several more occasions for follow-up visits. He was always available to us to answer any questions and helped to move the conveyancing process along quickly so that we could complete in under three months. I would strongly recommend Move UK to anyone who is selling their house and who wants an excellent service.

Ryan was extremely professional, he knows the market and was very clued up on potential buyers for my home. Best of all he never sent time wasters for viewings as he knew who my property would suit. I trusted his judgement implicitly, he also responded to my queries with patience and understanding. When he was unable to provide an answer he sought it out or he referred me to someone who could i.e. my conveyancer.
Best of all he got a fantastic price, £k more than I expected.
Excellent service and if I was staying the area I'd use his services again without hesitation.

Ryan (Turner) photographed and presented the house well and it quickly attracted interested buyers. Viewings were carried out very professionally. Communication about the viewings was always excellent and feedback about the viewings was promptly received. The house sold more quickly than we had anticipated and the completion of the sale was relatively quick and hassle free.

Ryan Turner was very helpful in selling my house! Nothing was to much trouble and he always returned my calls.
Ryan also helped me with the purchase of my new home.
He worked very hard at tying up the both the sale and the purchase. He also recommended an excellent solicitor to deal with the legal work.
Once everything have been signed and agreed Ryan still showed great interest in making sure everything ran smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for more!
