Sam was excellent selling the company so we decided to see how they were. We were supposed to get online viewing stats weekly, but got it only once after asking where was it. Rachel always wanted to lower the price and get it into another band. When we did still no viewings. The one and only viewing after 8 weeks was the on day our contract ended with them.
