Specifically in relation to the director of this organisation Elizabeth Valerie O'Neil who is regarded as incompetent and negligent and due to her losing a key for a property which resulted in a dept in excess of £49,140.44 which has resulted in further hardship,: "You advised that you applied to be financial guardian and according to our records this was granted in December 2016. You then advised that you needed further investigation to allow the release of funds to pay for the historic debt and were in the process of preparing the Inventory and Management Plan for submission to the OPG. This was on the 4th July 2017! This still has not materialised and we are still waiting for settlement of the additional debt of £33,692.76. Please be advised that if payment is not received on the total debt of £49,140.44 within the next 10 days we will now start to charge interest in accordance with our contract." There is as yet no forthcoming explanation and I have since been advised by a Lord to take the necessary steps to have her struck off.... Read more
