After trying to sell our flat on and off for 18 months with minimal luck, Ross took it on and committed to getting us a sale - and that he did! We'd never had so many viewings and had an offer after 8 weeks - something we were starting to think was never going to happen.
The service Ross and the team provided was second to none - they were always contactable, kept us updated and were nothing but supportive.
Many "popular" big estate agents promise the world and don't deliver. Mulberries go above and beyond and their success is testimony to that.

Mulberries have been fantastic with helping me and my partner find our new home. I have been working with Ross and throughout all the viewings, messages and phone calls, he has always been patient, provided great advise and all with a smile on his face. I know I probably havent been the easiest :) I wasnt made to feel one of many, which when buying a house is an important thing, its scary! They went above and beyond and I would definetly recommend Mulberries to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

I had been on the market with another local agent for a number of months with no luck. Ross came knocking on my door and offered what Mulburries could do for me. They put my property on the market and I had an offer within a couple of weeks. Their customer service was amazing, both Ross and Ryan were both contactable 24/7 and were excellent at keeping me updated. It was under offer, sold and completed within 12 weeks! Overall it was such a smooth and swift process.

We approached Mulburries to sell our property after another agent had failed to find us a buyer after 3 months. The purchase of our next property was at threat unless we could find a buyer fast....
Mulburries arranged viewings and showed the property on a bank holiday and secured an asking price offer within 1 week of taking on the property!
They achieved everything within one week that our previous agent was not able to do in 12 weeks.
The communication from Ross and Mulburries was night and day compared to our previous agent. Where we would not get calls returned at all, with Ross I would always get a reply the same day either by way of a call, whatsapp message or voicenote.
I would 100% recommend Mulburries to anyone considering selling their property - they proved to be proactive, frank and honest in their appraisals and efficient in dealing with any queries.

I can definitely recommend both Ryan and Ross, whole heartedly, they have done an absolutely brilliant job, personal service, excellent advice and they are the benchmark of what an estate agent should do as a service.
Their communication is spot on, kept me informed and ensured the chain was kept on track.

I used Mulburries to sell my home in Edgware. They had my house sold within a week and a half with multiple offers. Mulberries were very professional in all aspects and really do value their client and their clients interests above all else. Will defiantly be using them again but hopefully not to soon lol. Highly Recommended.
