As the landlord of a complex HMO in Wisbech who is striving to maintain a clean, regulated environment for decent tenants. I have used 2 major agencies in Cambridgeshire who have struggled to manage tenants, regulate and meet expectations. Then I came across 'My House Online' and had a discussion with Inna.
My House Online Estate has been absolutely amazing. Inna genuinely has my property as her interest. The condition of the house has been great, all regulations are kept updated and tenants are happy and are paying on time.
Inna has also introduced a dedicated agent: Tamara. She has been proactively and tirelessly resolving tenant issues, carrying out regulations from local council, diligently carries out fire risk tasks whilst having an excellent attitude and communication with tenants and landlord. She works with me and often advises on best options to take. Tamara seems to advertise and carry out viewings efficiently as new tenants are found quick.
I am now working with My House Online on selling the property after we found a buyer which they negotiated at an good price.

perfect service, you just cant get any better! we have been renting the house for 12 years and since then aquired more properties and used services of quite a few agencies hoping one day to find one we are happy with. Now i can certainly say we have found it, professional, efficient, transparent, nothing is an issue, i just can repeat it you cant get it any better! and our new tenants agree with it too.

We used My House Online to rent out our property in the Dereham area. We met Inna beforehand to discuss the type of tenants we hoped to get and within a few days we had a list of prospective tenants and viewings to match. The process was simple and easy and Inna was always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions. Very efficient and having used several agencies over the years we would definitely use My House Online again. Highly recommended.

Inna helped us through the process of letting out our second property and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her knowledge of the industry is very impressive. She seems to always be working no matter what the time or day and as a result we never had to chase her for anything. Much of the process was done digitally so little messing around with paperwork. Inna now manages the property for us and I have peace of mind that everything is in order and being taken care of.

Inna of My House Online ,sold our house within three weeks of it going up for sale .She was helpful courteous and professional .She listened to us and about how we wanted to market our property .Inna was always on hand to help answer questions even during evenings and weekends. We have bought and sold houses previously through various High Street estate agents . I can honestly say that I found the service of My House Online exceeded the experience we have had with other estate agent. We recommend highly My House Online

After being looking for a property for more than 6 months and not finding what we wanted it was time to do something about it.
