I first heard of My House Online when I was looking for a rented property back in May 2021. Since then, we have been looking to buy a house and we were very happy to know that the house we liked was managed under My House Online too. Since day one, they made us feel calm and always happy to help. We managed to see the house straight away. Ewa knew the area very well, which made us feel well and sure of the decision. She makes you feel really comfortable and are always available when you need. Even when we asked to see the house one second time, they were spot on!! Really good. Our offer was accepted very quickly and we were then presented to Tamara as our Property Manager. Same, always very helpful, and prompt to help and ready to get things sorted very quickly. The sale process took a bit longer than expected but even under stressful circumstances Tamara made us feel calm and to trust them. Once everything was done we got the keys straight away. They even delivered the keys to our rented flat. ????First class service ????stress free ???? ???? To top it up, after a long day at work, we were welcome at our new home with a lovely vase of flowers. ???????? Fantastic ???? Before this whole process we contacted many other Estate Agents but My House Online were a lot faster responding to our enquiries and they have a good sense of care. They were the 2nd agents we used via a recommendation and footfall through the property had a marked increase this time around leading to a fairly quick sale and process throughout was handled with very little stress on our part, very happy and would highly recommend.

As the landlord of a complex HMO in Wisbech who is striving to maintain a clean, regulated environment for decent tenants. I have used 2 major agencies in Cambridgeshire who have struggled to manage tenants, regulate and meet expectations. Then I came across 'My House Online' and had a discussion with Inna.
My House Online Estate has been absolutely amazing. Inna genuinely has my property as her interest. The condition of the house has been great, all regulations are kept updated and tenants are happy and are paying on time.
Inna has also introduced a dedicated agent: Tamara. She has been proactively and tirelessly resolving tenant issues, carrying out regulations from local council, diligently carries out fire risk tasks whilst having an excellent attitude and communication with tenants and landlord. She works with me and often advises on best options to take. Tamara seems to advertise and carry out viewings efficiently as new tenants are found quick.
I am now working with My House Online on selling the property after we found a buyer which they negotiated at an good price.

perfect service, you just cant get any better! we have been renting the house for 12 years and since then aquired more properties and used services of quite a few agencies hoping one day to find one we are happy with. Now i can certainly say we have found it, professional, efficient, transparent, nothing is an issue, i just can repeat it you cant get it any better! and our new tenants agree with it too.

We used My House Online to rent out our property in the Dereham area. We met Inna beforehand to discuss the type of tenants we hoped to get and within a few days we had a list of prospective tenants and viewings to match. The process was simple and easy and Inna was always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions. Very efficient and having used several agencies over the years we would definitely use My House Online again. Highly recommended.

After being looking for a property for more than 6 months and not finding what we wanted it was time to do something about it.
