Weird overly complicated system with no phone response and multiple emails just to find out you need to earn more to even view properties than for other properties twice the rent at other letting agents. Would have been nice to know that before I wasted my time.... Read more

Absolutely awful service. We have paid for two adverts and neither have been put on line. These are a fraudulent company who take your money but do not advertise. We have sent them 6 messages by email/voice mail but they have yet to respond! We may have to resort to legal action to get our money back. DO NOT USE.... Read more

Never experienced such poor service from a letting agency. Property was disgustingly dirty upon moving in, clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months. Have to contact them several times before you receive a response if there are any issues. I was told that I should make contact with their plumber myself to fix a leak, whose number I was not given! Absolute joke, will be reporting to the authorities. Avoid renting from these people.... Read more

Very professional - We've used MyLet to let out one of our residential properties. We found them very easy to deal with, exceptionally quick to get back to us and - since they've let the place - incredibly helpful in dealing with maintenance issues. To top it all, we actually get more income after paying their fees than we did when we rented the house directly ourselves! Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
