One of the best Letting agencies in Swansea. I lived with my partner for 7 months at one of their properties. We dealt with Gemma from Tidal. She was really fantastic and helpful during our stay. I really recommend Tidal and I am sure you will never be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent service I have received from Tidal lettings. Having moved into a newly renovated rental property there have been some teething problems but both Sarah and Gemma have been professional and quick to respond even throughout the lockdowns; They sent tradespeople to fix the issues quickly. I am very grateful for their professionalism and understanding. In comparison to other letting agencies the communication has been exceptional..... Thank you

As overseas investors, we had our first experience with Sarah Draper of Tidal Estate and Lettings. They are very helpful and willing to support you. They take over all the work that is necessary to rent out your property. Our property was rented out one week after she advertised it. Viewings took place in a couple of days. Checked done quickly and contract signed in a week. We have to rely on the service and knowledge of Tidal. Until now were are very satisfied with the service and lead times. We looking forward working with them together more closely on our next properties.

I would recommend Tidal Estates and Lettings to anyone; I've used them for a number of years across a couple of LET properties. In my experience they are professional, friendly and they go above and beyond. I have to say at times, with difficult, tenants I've almost given up but with their support I've been able to remain sane. THANK YOU !!!

Tidal Estates And Lettings, have managed my properties for the last three years or so. I cannot praise Sarah Draper enough for her tireless work in selling my fathers flat. Notoriously difficult to sell indeed it was on the market for 2 years when we bought it back in 2017. She managed to get it under offer in just a couple of weeks! Her communications and professionalism through the whole process were genuinely an example to all Estate agents out there.
If you are looking to sell your house and think you need to use the biggest estate agents, think again. Sarah and Tidal were amazing give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

My experience with tidal has only been good, to a quick sales when renting my place to a fast response when fixing my washing machine. Everyone who works there always seems happy to help if you have a problem.
