A very good service. While online estate agency companies are nominally cheaper, David provides a much cheaper than the local big chains of estate agents but, above all, the most important aspect of his services are negotiation. There is absolutely no way our sale would have gone through if I had to do the negotiations myself, while saving money using online agencies. Our purchasers were, to put it diplomatically, exceedingly slow and seemed unaware of the implications of their actions for the rest of the chain. I would have found it very difficult to negotiate with them, David did the negotiations, the chain remained intact and we got our move.... Read more

I would highly recommend David if you want an estate agent that is knowledgable of the local market, easy to get hold of, will keep you regularly informed of progress, is flexible with timings, uses effective/innovative tools such as video tour recordings as part of the standard package, is professional, is straight with you and offers great value for money... I was genuinely blown away at how good David Brevitt was throughout the process of selling our property. The video tour he recorded really helped to attract genuine buyers. The way that he handled our offer and the whole conveyancing process was spectacular. David is always available and always does what he says he is going to do. I trust him implicitly and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. His years of expertise are so important because selling a house is not just about putting it on Rightmove but about the bit afterwards up to completion; this is where David adds so much value. After just going through the house sale, purchase and mortgage maze I can't praise David Brevitt enough. Professional, reliable, informative, trustworthy and incredibly attentive he endeavoured to make the process as pain-free as possible. Most importantly (for me) he was always on the end of the phone when needed, too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services - a 'no brainer' when you consider how much more competitive the fees are in comparison to the bigger players for such a premium service. David is an extremely professional estate agent who's only objective is to get his client the result they're after. David deals with the job from start to finish and therefore knows the client well and is able to communicate well and frequently throughout the transaction. I sold my house with David (My Personal Estate Agent) recently and he did a fantastic job as I sold my house for the asking price, which I was told by other estate agents would be impossible, obviously not. David's premium service with photographs and video footage of the property really ensures that the house you are selling stands out in a difficult market. All the above and for a fantastic price. You can't get better than that and I would always recommend him to anybody.... Read more
