Lisa and Joe sold our home for us last year. The advice and support they gave us before, during and after the sale was flawless. As is often the case with moving, it was a very stressful time. And Lisa's clam, professional patient approach got us into our dream home. We only wish we could have purchased our new home through them, having them as an agent would have maybe stopped my partner from having a semi-melt down! Thanks both, we couldn't have done it without you. ;-)

We rented a pet-friendly property from Nash Watson and I'm so pleased it was with them. Lisa was extremely helpful over the last year and a half. Any issues, she was quick to respond and get action. Always friendly and I never felt like a burden. I'll be sad to leave them but will always recommend them!

I recently bought through Nash-Watson and I found the guys there professional, pro-active and easy to get along with. They clearly are very experienced at what they do and communicate with you regularly to ensure that the chain progresses to completion in good time. 100% recommend!

Nothing but praise for the team at Nash Watson. We have rented our flat in Hove with Nash Watson for the last 5 years and only have great things to say about them. If I could rate Nash Watson 0 stars I would. I’ve never dealt with worst letting agents in 10 years of being a trusted tenant. Apparently, acting in the interest of both the landlord and the ‘tenant’ they continually tried to charge me for charges that we’re not acceptable as part of my tenancy agreement.
All of which was later proved by the DPS who luckily stepped in to give me my rightful money back. They caused me endless months of stress and withheld key information about the tenancy throughout.
I would urge anyone to NOT rent a property through Nash Watson

Having just used Nash Watson to find a home in Brighton we are really pleased with the level of service from Lisa and the team. They kept us in the loop at all times, and came up with solutions, rather than problems, as we went through the process from viewing to completion. We will use them again.

We've been amazed by the absolutely outstanding service Nash Watson provides. They helped us through every stage of our selling and purchasing of our new home, always available to talk, always up to date with progress and news between all the parties (they even did the solicitors job for them!) They know exactly how to keep everyone informed, happy and moving forward.
We cannot thank them enough for all the work they put in to making sure we didn't lose our dream home. We've never come across such a well organised, professional estate agents - it's a breath of fresh air.
We cannot recommend them highly enough- but we are letting all our friends know and hoping they spread the word too!

Lucy and the team at Nash Watson are probably the best estate agents I've used in the UK and I have been renting for about 18 years. Their commitment to ensure the tenants are happy and ensuring any issues are sorted in a timely manner are among their top strength. Very friendly and helpful during, move in, during the tenancy and any matters at the end of the tenancy. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend the team at Nash Watson highly enough. I have dealt with them as a purchaser and vendor and they are always well informed, extremely efficient and get results. Moreover they do it with a smile and professionalism. All estate agents should aspire to being as good as they are.

Julian went over and beyond updating me throughout the whole process in helping things run smoothly which made it less stressful.
