My experience with Naylors has been diabolical. The pictures attached are 'tolerable' common parts according to my contact at Naylors. I moved into a premises with an unchecked boiler that did not function, and upon my complaint, 1 week later when the boiler was checked, it was condemned. I was left without a boiler for a further 4 weeks before someone was contracted to to resolve it. Furthermore, the kitchen was left in a completely unhygienic condition - upon my complaints, I was told this was in fact tolerable. The female W/C leaks out of the toilet. There is a horrendous smell emanating from the male W/C and kitchen, still unresolved after 6 weeks. Utterly disgusting service.... Read more
