Tried calling about a property. They seem uninterested. Don’t pick up the phone and when they do they say will call back and never do.

My experience with Naylors has been diabolical. The pictures attached are 'tolerable' common parts according to my contact at Naylors. I moved into a premises with an unchecked boiler that did not function, and upon my complaint, 1 week later when the boiler was checked, it was condemned. I was left without a boiler for a further 4 weeks before someone was contracted to to resolve it. Furthermore, the kitchen was left in a completely unhygienic condition - upon my complaints, I was told this was in fact tolerable. The female W/C leaks out of the toilet. There is a horrendous smell emanating from the male W/C and kitchen, still unresolved after 6 weeks. Utterly disgusting service.
