I contacted Neilsons as myself and my partner had just bought a new home and thought it best that we drew up Wills. We spoke with Helen Cradock and she advised of the importance of putting a Will in place, what it covers and what would happen if we had no Will given we own property together. In contrast with previous experiences, with others, the process of selling my home and buying a new one with Neilsons has been incredibly smooth. Their selling interface which shows how many times the ESPC advert has been clicked on and when all the upcoming viewing have been scheduled, gave me a sense of being in control and the helpfulness of Caron, Aidan, Suzie, and Jade (amongst others) was much appreciated.
