Property was unfit to live in. It was filthy with grease and grime when moving in despite being told it was attended to by professional cleaners. No inventory taken prior to move in. Reported severe damp issue affecting the occupants health and was ignored. Refusal to investigate issues/carry out repairs. Nestmoove are uncontactable and do not answer phone calls or emails. I did not even get to the renting stage of this property with Nestmoove, I applied to rent the property but was forced to withdraw my application due to my experiences. Nicola was very late to the viewing and, it turned out had told the others looking at the property that they would be 'the first to view' - the same line she had given me, so dishonest from the start. After emailing over my application, it took her 5 days to even acknowledge it and let me know we would have a decision on the following Monday. I have had every single phone call and email ignored since, been fobbed off with constant excuses about her not being available and still the property is listed online and apparently available. I looked into the company, found these reviews and withdrew my application. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Not it any way would I trust that woman with my deposit, rent money or property management. They should not be allowed to operate... Read more

Having used this company as a management agent, I have found there communication wanting. Now l am in the process of selling they are even worse. I am seriously st the point of flooding my buyer because a simple document has not been sent to my solicitor even though l paid for this service 2 weeks ago. Then l am told it's been e mailed to my solicitor.... guess what? She has not recieved it. My phone calls get me no where and the promise of a return call has never happened. Then to add insult the e mails confirming it's been sent are just another fob off. Think seriously before you use them in bathroom st least.... Read more

My mother rented a property from Nest Moove (6month tenancy) from the start things were not good at all! Poor communication from the estate agent and the landlord. Parts of the flat were in disrepair and were not rectified, filthy oven upon moving in. The kitchen and bathroom flooring was well passed its sell by date! Just very poor and stressful experience, thankfully it was only 6 months of hell. But I was not pleased at all as my mother is a vulnerable adult and they knew this prior to her signing the contract.
